A well-established law firm in Uniondale, NY is seeking a Senior Corporate/M&A Associate to lead and manage transactions with minimal oversight and supervision.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of corporate/M&A experience
\n
• Ability to independently lead and manage transactions
\n
• No book of business required
\n
