Production Line Operations Lead – Food Processing
Location: Manteno, IL
Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour | Pay Schedule: Weekly

A day on the floorYou start your shift by reviewing the staffing plan and placing the right people on the right production lines. With the lines warming up, you verify product codes and check that machines and supporting equipment are set and safe. As work ramps up, you coach teammates, reinforce safety practices, and jump in on line set-ups and changeovers to keep throughput steady. Throughout the day, you log production data, complete required paperwork, and monitor quality benchmarks—flagging process improvements and resolving safety concerns as they arise.
