AWS/CES IS NOW HIRING – INDUSTRIAL CLEANERS – $17.00/HR – DUBLIN, VA – WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE!

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is NOW HIRING Industrial Cleaners for our client in Dublin, VA!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable performing physically demanding industrial cleaning duties in a manufacturing environment.

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL JANITORIAL POSITION! This role involves heavy lifting, cleaning industrial equipment, and working in an active manufacturing facility.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Dublin, VA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity for Permanent Placement)
Schedule: Full-Time and Weekend Shifts Available
Shift Length: Must be able to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Full-Time Positions: Schedules and workdays vary based on client needs.

Weekend Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Industrial Cleaners will perform physically demanding cleaning and maintenance duties throughout the manufacturing facility, including but not limited to:

• Cleaning paint booths, tanks, pits, and industrial equipment.
• Cleaning conveyors, ducts, screens, and filters.
• Operating commercial pressure-washing equipment.
• Cleaning large machinery and delicate robotic equipment.
• Scraping and clearing paint line grates.
• Scrubbing processing tanks and vats.
• Removing and transporting industrial waste to designated disposal areas.
• Performing general industrial housekeeping and sanitation duties.
• Following all safety procedures and working effectively with team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Steel-toe footwear is REQUIRED.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical labor for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment, grates, and materials as required.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Must successfully complete all required safety testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
