Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at RIM Recruitment Professionals is a remote role responsible for overseeing all financial strategy and operations for the organization. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, manage financial reporting and analysis, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. This role includes monitoring cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. The CFO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and implement controls and policies that promote financial health and sustainable growth.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting for strategic and operational initiatives.
\n
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and oversee accurate Financial Statements in accordance with relevant standards.
\n
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including developing dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders.
\n
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
\n
• Experience with compliance, risk management, and internal controls in a corporate environment.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities in remote, distributed teams.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA designation is highly beneficial.
\n
• Prior experience in professional services, recruitment, or consulting organizations is an advantage.
